Shawne Merriman also left the game briefly but appears to healthy enough to give it a go.
The Bills announced during the first quarter McGee was ruled out for the rest of the afternoon with a hamstring injury. Merriman left the game for the locker room during the second quarter to have his shoulder examined, but returned later during the quarter.
