Bradford leaves game for Rams

UPDATE II: Here’s Bradford after the game on his finger injury, “I don’t see there being any way I’m not going to be on the field next Monday night.” According to the Rams, X-rays on Bradford’s finger were negative, but he could have nerve damage. … CB Ron Bartell‘s injury is being described by the team as a “stinger,” but it’s not considered to be serious.

UPDATE: Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo told reporters during his postgame news conference that Bradford “banged” his index finger, but it isn’t broken. Spagnuolo said Amendola will have an MRI exam on his injured elbow, and the team would know more about Jackson’s quad injury Monday. Spagnuolo also categorized Smith’s injury as a “high” ankle sprain.

The Rams’ rough Sunday continues to get worse. QB Sam Bradford left the game midway through the fourth quarter against the Eagles with what initially appeared to be a right hand injury.

Bradford was injured while following through on a throw, and replays showed his right hand, and specifically his thumb, hit the hand of an oncoming pass rusher. Bradford left the field and headed into the tunnel, likely for X-rays. He was replaced by A.J. Feeley.

With the Rams trailing 31-13, we might not see Bradford again today.
