The big news this week was Randy Moss returning home to the Vikings. Simply put, we both love this trade for the Vikings. We think that Moss and Favre will play lethal together. Moss has the motivation to play hard because it's his contract year, and Favre is in his final season of his career.Dave's PicksChicago @ Carolina - Julius Peppers returns home to face a rookie quarterback. Good luck rookie!! The Bear's defense will be too much to handle this Sunday. Look for cutler to rebound for a dismal outing against the giants where he was sacked nine times and suffered a concussion. The Bears are going to win by three.Atlanta @ Cleveland - I likes the Falcons in this one. They are the better team on both sides of the ball. I expect Ryan to have a big game against that Browns defense. The Falcons needs another strong road win under their belts. This should be a close game, but the Falcons have a better quarterback. read more
October 9th, 2010 at 01:54 pmToday the New England Patriots made a big move. They traded Randy Moss back to the Minnesota Vikings, the place where he started his career in the NFL back in 1998The Patriots would be receiving a 2011 third-round draft pick in exchange for the seven-time Pro Bowl wide receiver. Moss wanted a new deal because he's in his final year of his contract but he wouldn't get one from the trade with the Vikings. This is Moss's thirteenth season in the NFL, he's 33 years old and he has played for three different teams so far. He has played 190 games, had 935 receptions with his longest being 82 yards, he has ran 14.604 with 151 touchdowns and 12 fumbles. His current stats for the season with the Patriots are nine receptions, 139 yards and three touchdowns. This trade is going to help Randy Moss because he's going to play more motivated and a motivated Randy Moss is really good Moss. It would also help the Vikings because they're in need of a big time wide receiver since Sidney Rice w read more
October 6th, 2010 at 02:12 pmDave's PicksNew York Jets @ Buffalo - Shut down cornerback Darrell Revis should be back for the visiting Jets as they travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills. I expect Quarterback Mark Sanchez to have a very productive day throwing the ball against the Bills defense plus the Jets defense is the best in the league. I think that the Jets are going to win by seven.San Francisco @ Atlanta - Atlanta plays amazing at home. Their offence is explosive which is led by Matt Ryan. They are coming off a very impressive win last week against the defensive champs. San Francisco is struggling to say the least, and they have fired their offence coordinator during this week. On the road San Francisco is a terrible team. I think that the Falcons are going to win by seven.Baltimore @ Pittsburgh - This is my personal favorite game of the week. These teams always play each other tight. I like the Baltimore Ravens in this game if Ray Rice is playing. I think read more
October 3rd, 2010 at 01:38 amWeek two of the NFL season should be easier to call now that we know how the changes the teams made have affected them. Bal @ Cin - Dave thinks that the Baltimore Ravens are going to win the super bowl this year because he thinks they're the most complete team in the league. Their offence was upgraded with the addition of pro bowler receiver Anquan Bolden and their defence is the best in the league. We have the Ravens are going to win by three points. Pit @ Ten - The Pittsburgh Steelers are without their starting quarterback Big Ben, this would pose some problems for their offence. The Tennessee Titans have the best running back in the game today which is Chris Johnson. We would like the Steelers to win this game with their defence because it's one of the best. We think the Steelers are going to win by six points. Jac @ SD - The San Diego Chargers are without wide receiver Vince Jackson due to a suspension which would affect their offence.& read more
October 2nd, 2010 at 11:14 pmThe New Orleans Saints are on a roll right now winning the season opener against the Minnesota Vikings by five points and now this stunning win against the San Francisco 49ers by three points with a last minute field goal. This proves that the reigning champs are looking to defend their title and win back to back trophies at this year's Super Bowl. The Saints has lost their star running back Reggie Bush due to an injury he suffered in Monday's victory game against the 49ers. He broke his right leg while recovering his fumbled punt with 6:58 left in the game. According to Coach Sean Payton, "Bush will have a cast on his lower right leg as his broken fibula heals. He is expected to be out about six weeks but could be back after only four if things go well."This injury affects the Saints offence greatly although in the past they have played well without Bush. Since he was drafted second overall in 2006, he has missed 12 games because of various injuries. The Saints are 8-4 in read more

September 21st, 2010 at 10:18 pmWeek one of the NFL season is finally here guys!! This week tends to be the hardest week for picks the games accurately because there are a lot of unknowns. There were many offseason acquisitions and trades and week one we get to see how these changes work out for their respected teams. Min @ NO - Features the reigning super bowl champs, the New Orleans Saints versus the Minnesota Vikings who welcome back Brett Farve. The games take place in New Orleans which gives the Saints the upper hand because they have their home crowd. We have the saints will win this game by six points because the Vikings are playing on the road without their star receiver Sidney Rice. Cin @ NE - Features a revamped Cincinnati Bengals team who added depth the receiver position by adding Terrell Owens. The Cincinnati Bengals will have an explosive offense which should help them this week. The New England Patriots come into this season with basically the same team as last read more
